Molicel has become aware of counterfeit products falsely claiming to be Molicel batteries or using imitation Molicel labels. These products are currently circulating in various regions worldwide.

1. Counterfeit Risks:
  • Non-compliance with Molicel’s strict quality standards and designed performance such as low temperature, high discharge rate, and fast charging, etc.
  • An increased risk of product malfunctions and potential safety hazards.
  • Molicel is not liable for any malfunctions or damages caused by counterfeit products.
  • Warranties and support do not extend to products purchased outside authorized Molicel sales channels.
2. Preventing Counterfeits:
To avoid purchasing counterfeit products, we strongly encourage customers to buy Molicel batteries directly from Molicel or through authorized Molicel distributors.

3. Authenticity Verification Service:
Due to the prevalence of counterfeit products in the market, we offer a service where consumers can provide us with relevant information and photos for product authenticity verification. Please contact “service@molicel.com”.

4. Important Safety Information Regarding Battery Use:
  • Molicel batteries are designed for electronic devices like power tools and electric vehicles equipped with a Battery Management System (BMS) that minimizes the risk of thermal runaway.
  • Molicel cells are not designed or manufactured for individual consumer use, including vape or e-cigarette devices. Using our cells in such applications can lead to fire or explosion, resulting in severe personal injury or property damage.

    3 Day Shipments) will be shipped ONLY using Federal Express. There will be no exceptions!

*  All Lithium batteries or battery packs are classified as a Hazardous Material and will be subject to an additional "Hazardous
    Shipping Fee" (HAZMAT Fee).

*  The total shipping charges indicated in your shopping cart may need to be adjusted after you have submitted your order.  

*  A HAZMAT fee will be charged for All Expedited shipments.
